She is a speaker, mentor, and best-selling author who brings a compassionate, purpose-driven approach to helping girls navigate identity, confidence, and life transitions.
Jessica founded Identify Her Mentoring after recognizing a critical gap in support for young women seeking both guidance and belonging. With years of experience mentoring youth and working alongside families, churches, and community leaders, she understands the importance of early intervention, consistent mentorship, and values-based education.
Her leadership blends biblical truth with evidence-informed mentoring practices, focusing on emotional wellness, character development, and healthy relationships. Jessica is deeply committed to creating programs that are not only inspiring, but sustainable and impactful, meeting both the immediate and long-term needs of the youth served.
Jessica’s vision is to see young women flourish in confidence, faith, and purpose while forming meaningful connections that last beyond adolescence. Through Identify Her Mentoring, she continues to lead with integrity, collaboration, and a heart for transformational change.

"Before she walks in purpose, she must first stand in who God says she is."

Our
Story
Identify Her Mentoring is a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to empowering girls and young women to discover their identity, purpose, and worth through Christ. Our mission is to support the emotional, mental, and spiritual development of youth by providing mentorship, community, and faith-centered guidance in a safe and nurturing environment.
Founded in response to the growing challenges facing today’s youth, including comparison, low self-esteem, social isolation, and lack of positive role models, Identify Her Mentoring offers structured mentoring experiences that foster personal growth, resilience, and leadership development. Our programs are designed to equip participants with practical life skills, biblical foundations, and healthy coping strategies that support long-term success.
A core pillar of Identify Her Mentoring is community and belonging. We intentionally create spaces where girls feel seen, valued, and connected, allowing them to build meaningful, lasting friendships with peers and trusted mentors. Through these relationships, participants develop confidence, accountability, and a strong sense of belonging that extends beyond the program.
The transformation we seek is measurable and lasting: young women who demonstrate increased self-confidence, emotional awareness, faith engagement, and positive decision-making.
Our vision is to cultivate a generation of girls who are secure in their identity, equipped to lead, and empowered to positively impact their families, schools, and communities.
